REGULATION NOT VALID FOR GROUPS.

ARRIVAL
Upon arrival the guests will hand their identity papers over, take note of the internal regulations and fill in the form "Declaration of Arrival" which is necessary for the registering according to the Italian law.
Signing this document implies the acceptance of the following rules:
Reception time: 8 am-1 pm / 4 pm-8pm
Barrier opening time: 7 am-2 pm / 4 pm-11pm

VISITORS
Visitors can enter the camping between 9 am and 8 pm, handing an identity paper over. If they have a car, it must be parked in the camping parking. Should they stay longer than one hour, they will pay at the cash desk the amount according to the camping rates.

TENT SITE ASSIGNATION
The tent site is assigned by the management which can consider any guests' requests according to the situation.
The reservation of the tentsite ensures only to stay in the available areas upon arrival.
It is not possible to set up more than one equipment in each area and the excess facilities (more than car+tent, car+caravan or camper) is to be considered as extras and will be calculated separately.
Guests can settle up before the departure when offices are open.

MINORS
Minors will be accepted only if they stay with an adult who is lawfully responsible.

SPEED LIMITS
We remind our guests that for their safety the speed limit inside the camping is 5 km/h.

VALUABLES
The management of the Camping Internazionale requests the guests to preserve their valuables.

CHILDREN
We recommend our guests to accompany and look after the children in the toilette, in the swimming-pool, on the playground and on the beach and to respect the silence time.

ANIMALS
Animals are admitted. Please collect the regulations in the offices.

FOR THE LIVING UNITS
The accommodation is at the guests' disposal from 4 pm of the first day and must be vacated within 10 am of the last day.
Late arrivals or earlier departures which are not due to the Camping (damages, bed weather, illness, renunciation and so on) are not refunded.
The prices of the different living units include the parking for a car, the use of water, electricity and gas and are inclusive of VAT (10%).
The living units can't be occupied by a bigger quantity of people than the estimated one otherwise the reservation is cancelled on the premises. The rates according to the period (high / low season) will be imposed to each extra person.
The deposit will be refunded only if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days before the arrival date. Sheets are not included in the price. They can be provided for 7 € per person. Final cleaning: 35 €.
In the areas reserved for the living units it is forbidden to put up tents and such.
Living Units must be vacated within 10 am of the last day and must be clean and tidy, otherwise the guests will pay 50 €.
The deposit is refunded after a proper check of the conditions of the living units on key return at the office and against receipt of payment.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Guests are requested to give information about the total sum of people, children included. The camping must be informed of any changes about the sum of people within 10 days before arrival.
For the tentsite you don't have to book in advance, except for the months of July and August.
In case of stay interruption (living unit), the guest must pay for the whole reserved period of stay. The reservation will be confirmed against receipt of a deposit of 50 € for the tentsite.
As for the living unit, the deposit consist in the 30% of the total amount. The management has the right to reserve for other guests the tentsite or living unit vacated in advance.

WAY OF PAYMENT LIVING UNIT
The whole amount + caution money of 100 € and 35 € for the final cleaning must be paid upon arrival.

RENUNCIATION AND CANCELLATION TENTSITE
In case of cancellation part of the deposit will be lost:
- cancellation communicated within the 30th day before the arrival date: deduction of the 20% of the deposit
- cancellation communicated within the 15th day before the arrival date: deduction of the 80% of the deposit
- cancellation communicated less than 15 days before the arrival date: deduction of the total amount
In case of stay interruption, the guest must pay the whole amount and loses the right to occupy again the unit.

RENUNCIATION AND CANCELLATION FOR LIVING UNITS
In case of cancellation part of the deposit will be lost:
- cancellation communicated within the 30th day before the arrival date: deduction of the 20% of the deposit
- cancellation communicated within the 15th day before the arrival date: deduction of the 80% of the deposit
- cancellation communicated less than 15 days before the arrival date: deduction of the total amount
In case of stay interruption, the guest must pay the whole amount and loses the right to occupy again the unit.
